A famous local boxer charged with one count of assault causing actual bodily harm has been further remanded in custody.
The alleged incident occurred on the 22nd of this month in Suva.
The prosecution objected to bail saying the complainant was three months pregnant at the time of the alleged incident.
Meanwhile, Defence has told the court that though the couple were legally married they were not living together.
The case will be called for mention on the 13th of next month.
