The foreign national currently in isolation in Nadi after contacting the Health Ministry that he has a fever is in good condition.
There are no confirmed Novel Coronavirus cases in Fiji.
The man had come in from Mainland China nine days ago and contacted the Health Ministry after seeing the contact number in the health declaration information card.
The Health Minister Doctor Ifereimi Waqainabete confirms the man was not in Wuhan or Hubei.
The test result which has been sent to Australia is expected back within the next few days.
