Five Fijian nationals who were arrested in Hong Kong and deported to India for alleged security breach are back in the country.

Immigration Director Major Nemani Vuniwaqa could only confirm that the five men arrived into the country on 3rd of June.

The five men left for India in January this year and decided to return to Fiji in April via Hong Kong when Air India staff received an alert that the group was traveling on counterfeit tickets.

It is yet to be confirmed whether an investigation has started.
