50-year old Pita Driti's case who is facing two counts of uttering seditious comments and one count of inciting mutiny was not heard this afternoon.
This is because presiding Magistrate Alofa Seruvatu was not present in court today.
However Driti's case will be recalled on the 23rd of next month in the Suva Magistrates Court.
In the last court sitting his lawyer, Filimoni Vosarogo had received full disclosures from the DPP's office and was given 14 days to reply.
