Police are tonight still monitoring the water levels of the Rewa River.
Some roads and bridges in the Eastern parts of Viti Levu have been closed to all traffic.
Sawani-Serea road is closed to all traffic as the bridge is under water, Toga bridge in Rewa, Lokia Road, Nalase and Dreketi Roads are flooded, Naqanivatu bridge, Kings road temporarily closed as some areas are flooded.
Wailotua bridge, Nasi bridge in Muaniweni, Waitakala bridge to Viria village, Waima bridge in Vunidawa is underwater, Wainaivida bridge to Lutu village is closed, Wainiruarua bridge and Waila bridge in Naitasiri is also closed to all traffic.
