Chelsea has won the UEFA Champions League title against all odds this morning in a knife edge penalty shootout with Bayern Munich after scores were 1-all in normal time.
The toast of Chelsea, Didier Drogba went from hero to villain and then to hero again in the match.
First Drogba scored an equalizer in the 87th minute of normal time, to level scores 1-all forcing extra time however in the first half of extra time he committed a foul in the penalty box, giving a penalty kick to Bastian Schweinsteiger that was stopped by goalkeeper Peter Cech.
Drogba saved the best for last sealing the deciding winning goal in the penalty shoot 4-3 and handing Chelsea their first European crown.
