A 17 year drought has ended for Suva after winning the Vodafone Fiji Fact in the last hour after defeating traditional soccer giants Ba 1-0 in the final.
Suva's goal was scored by Nathan Shivam that stunned the packed Ba crowd.
Suva Coach, Gurjeet Singh who had played a major role in Suva's win said that discipline was the secret of their success.
Suva soccer president Mahendra Prasad said that they hope to win more tournaments this year and that they will celebrate this win in style next week.
Ba coach Yogendra Dutt said that Ba will surely bounce back in the coming tournaments.
Meanwhile, Suva's Samuela Vula won the Player of the Tournament Award while team mate Joseph Mishra won the Golden Boot for scoring five goals in the tournament.
Nadroga soccer's Krishneel Dutt was the new find of the tournament.
