In an effort to improve productivity and profitability of Public Enterprises, a Performance Management System workshop has been conducted today and concluded in the last hour at the Suva Holiday Inn.
Public Enterprises Permanent Secretary, Elizabeth Powell said that the workshop looked at how they can ensure that employee performances are linked with the company goals whether financial or not.
She adds there is a need for employees to be rewarded and their performance measured in line with the company or co-operate strategic plan.
