The 26 year old man who was being questioned in relation to the death of a 59 year old man in Labasa has been charged with manslaughter.
Director CID Vakacegu Toduadua said that the post mortem of the 59 year old was conducted yesterday following which charges have been laid.
The man is expected to appear in court tomorrow.
It is believed that the deceased had tried to avoid getting into a fight when he fell on the roadside.
