A 20 year old tertiary student appeared in the Suva magistrates court today charged with theft.
Jonetani Sereka on the 1st June, last year is alleged to have robbed Mohammed Ali of $126 cash.
Ali was sitting at the Nabua bus stop when the accused approached him and allegedly snatched and ran away with his wallet.
The trial was to have started today however now delayed due to the 5th of next month as the Chief Magistrate Usaia Ratuvili was out of the country.
