The University of the South Pacific has started their orientation programme which allows new students to seek academic advice and campus tours before school starts.

The Group Manager for Campus Life, Glenn Pope has urged new students to use the opportunity to participate in all aspects of the Orientation programme to ensure a smoother transition for their academic and social life.

Fijivillage caught up with a few some students and ask them on what they have learnt.

During Orientation, new students get the opportunity to meet their lecturers and other staff and learn about the many available student support services and recreational facilities.

Normal classes at USP for this Semester resumes next week.
