A 33-year-old school teacher in Seaqaqa died this morning after he was hit by a twin cab.
Police said a 30-year-old man who is alleged to have been involved in the road accident is in police custody.
It is alleged that while driving a twin cab, the man hit the 33-year-old school teacher from Natua Housing in Seaqaqa who was crossing the highway with his bullocks.
The teacher was taken to the Labasa hospital and was pronounced dead on arrival.
