Immigration Director Viliame Naupoto
The Immigration Department is currently preparing a paper to put China on the list of countries whose citizens are exempt from requiring a visitor’s visa to enter our shores.
Immigration Director Viliame Naupoto said he has been instructed by higher authorities on the matter and is expected to prepare a paper soon to be presented in Cabinet.
Fiji Hoteliers Association President Dixon Seeeto said it is a wise move by the interim government which could assist in increasing visitor figures.
