A 22-year-old pregnant woman who was involved in a road accident is admitted at the CWM Hospital in a stable condition.
CWM Hospital Medical Superintendent Semesa Tudravu says she is eight months pregnant.
Police are still searching for the driver who allegedly hit the victim at a pedestrian crossing in Tamavua.
Meanwhile, a police officer who was hit by a vehicle driven by a 35-year-old man in Namelimeli, Navua on Friday night remains admitted.
Police say the victim was walking by the road when he was allegedly hit by the vehicle.
The driver is expected to be questioned soon.
