A man and a woman charged with unlawful possession of illicit drugs appeared in the Suva Magistrates Court this afternoon.

The court was told that Josateki Lalakai was allegedly found with 11.2 grams of marijuana while Atelaite Luvuci was allegedly found with 0.21 grams of Methamphetamine in Samabula last Saturday.

The two have been released on bail with two sureties each and on a bond of $1,000.

The matter has been adjourned to the 3rd of next month.
