The case regarding three juveniles charged for their alleged involvement in the rape of an 18‑year‑old woman in Navua on Monday has been transferred to the Suva High Court.

It will be called at the Suva High Court on the 18th of this month.

The three juveniles have been remanded in custody.

Two are aged 17 while one is aged 16 years and they face various charges such as rape, wrongful confinement and aiding and abetting.

The fourth accused 30-year-old Mohammed Lelias is charged with one count of sexual assault.

He has been remanded in custody and will appear in the Suva High Court next Thursday.
