A 22-year-old man has been sentenced to two years imprisonment after pleading guilty to a count each of burglary and theft.
Viliame Sokia on 21st April last year stole cash and assorted items to the total value of $215 in Nabua.
Magistrate Jioji Boseiwaqa stated that Sokia has five previous convictions.
He says Sokia’s latest conviction suggests that he is not ready to be released among the community.
His non-parole period is for one year.
