FijiFirst MP, Balmindar Singh is on $1,000 bail with one surety after he appeared in the Suva Magistrates Court for one count of assault causing actual bodily harm.
It is alleged that Singh assaulted a man at the Desi Haze Nightclub at 1am on the 17th of December last year.
Singh was served the disclosures of the case yesterday.
The case has been adjourned to the 8th of March this year.
