The Police Sexual Offences Unit and the Internal Affairs Unit are investigating two Police Officers for an alleged sexual assault case.
Police spokesperson Ana Naisoro says the alleged incident involves an 18-year-old woman and the alleged incident occurred in Vatuwaqa earlier in the week.
She says that Police Commissioner Sitiveni Qiliho has expressed his disappointment and wants a full briefing on the alleged incident.
He has stated that there is no place for officers who break the law.
It is alleged that the two Police Officers asked the woman to perform sexual acts on them and they will let her continue to do her work as a sex worker.
