A doctor is currently being questioned by Police after the death of a man in Suva City early this morning.
It is alleged that the doctor saw the man with a boy who was crying and later assaulted the man.
Police spokesperson Ana Naisoro confirms that the doctor was last seen by a security officer, assaulting the victim.
The victim was on his way to Totogo Police Station when he lost consciousness while driving.
The officers took him to the hospital where he was pronounced dead on arrival.
The case has not been classified as yet because Police want to ascertain the cause of death.
