The Queensland Reds have broken through for an 18‑10 Super Rugby upset win over the Brumbies.

The Reds beat the Brumbies without scoring a try but kicked six penalty goals ‑ three from James Tuttle and three from Jono Lance.

The Brumbies went over twice ‑ through halfback Joe Powell in the first half and number eight Isi Naisarani.

In another match last night, the Chiefs came from behind to beat the Blues 27-21.

The Blues were leading 14-10.

In tonight’s matches, defending champions the Crusaders will play the Stormers at 6.35pm while the Sunwolves will play the Rebels at 9pm.

Tomorrow the Sharks will play the Waratahs at 1.05am, the Bulls will battle the Lions at 3.05am while the Hurricanes will play the Jaguares at 9.40am.
