People living in Tacirua, Colo-i-Suva and Dokanaisuva have been experiencing disruptions in the water supply since 8pm yesterday.

The Water Authority of Fiji has confirmed this is caused by low water levels in the Tamavua Reservoir.

The low water levels is a result of a burst water main in Tamavua which has been fixed.

The Authority has stated that it cannot confirm a time as to when the water will be restored.

Water carting trucks will be servicing the areas today.
