The National Disaster Management Office says Police have been advised to restrict movement in areas that are still flooded.

NDMO Director, Anare Leweniqila says district officers are activating evacuation centres across the country.

Three evacuation centres are open at the moment and they are Lovu Sangam High School, Dratabu Hall and Saint Andrews Primary School.
