A 46-year-old man has pleaded not guilty to two counts of rape before High Court Judge, Justice Daniel Goundar.

It is alleged that the man raped a 13-year-old boy in Nausori.

The first alleged incident occurred on the 28th of January this year while the second alleged incident occurred between the 29th to the 30th of January this year.

The matter has been transferred to Judge Justice Vinsent Perera for Pre‑Trial conference on the 18th of June.
