Nai Lalakai Editor, Anare Ravula and contributor, Josaia Waqabaca will not take the stand in the sedition trial of Fiji Times and others, as they have decided to exercise their right to remain silent.

Fiji Times Publisher, Hank Arts is yet to decide on whether he will take the stand while Fiji Times says that they may produce a defence witness.
