Justice Rajasinghe to deliver his judgement in the trial of a 53yr old man charged with rape

Suva High Court Judge Justice Thushara Rajasinghe will deliver his judgement for a 53-year-old man charged with rape this afternoon.

It is alleged that the man raped his 17-year-old niece on the 2nd of February in a village in Tailevu.

The judgment will be delivered at 2pm.
