Man charged for the rape of his niece pleads not guilty

A 38-year-old man charged for the rape of his niece has pleaded not guilty before Suva High Court Judge Justice Daniel Goundar.

It is alleged that the man raped his 9-year-old niece sometime in November 2017 in Kadavu.

The man has been remanded and the matter has been adjourned to 6th August for pre trial conference.
