A trough of low pressure with associated cloud and showers lies slow moving over Fiji.

It is expected to affect parts of the group till Sunday.

Today people should expect occasional showers, heavy at times and possible thunderstorms over northern Viti Levu, Yasawa group, Vanua Levu, Lomaiviti group, the eastern parts and interior of the larger islands.
