Fiji Airways Flying Fijians and Northampton Saints lock, Api Ratuniyarawa is fighting for a position in the Flying Fijians final squad for their Pacific Nations Cup match against Samoa this weekend.

Ratuniyarawa says there is tough but healthy competition with the likes of the 2018 European Player of the Year, Leone Nakarawa and Greater Sydney Rams backrower, Albert Tuisue in the squad and Sikeli Nabou.

The Flying Fijians will face Samoa, Georgia and Tonga in the June test series.

The Samoa rugby team arrived in Fiji last night.

The first game against Samoa will be held at 3.30pm this Saturday at the ANZ Stadium and you can catch the live commentary of this match on our sister station Viti FM.

Fiji will then face Georgia at 1:30pm on the 16th of this month at the ANZ Stadium and in their last game they will play Tonga on the 23rd of this month at Churchill Park in Lautoka.
