An amendment to the SODELPA constitution is one of the agenda of their Annual General Meeting today before they finalize their final list of proposed candidates for the 2018 General Election.
SODELPA leader Sitiveni Rabuka says that this new amendment will facilitate the appointment of their new vice president and their proposed candidates for the upcoming election.
Rabuka adds that the office holders of the party will also be submitting their reports.
The SODELPA AGM is currently underway at Namoli village Hall in Lautoka with around 432 members attending the meeting but some members are still arriving.
Some members travelled all the way from as far as Tailevu, Vatukoula, Ba and Naitasiri with four buses that came all the way from Suva to attend the meeting this morning.
