All three assessors have found a 65-year-old man guilty for allegedly raping his grand daughter.

The man is charged with three counts of rape and one count of indecent assault.

The 17-year-old girl is his paternal grand daughter and was living with the accused and his wife on Gau Island because her father had passed away and her mother had remarried.

The alleged incidences took place in 2013 when the girl was in Year 9 and was home from boarding school during school breaks.

High Court Judge Justice Riyaz Hamza will deliver his judgment at 2pm on Wednesday.
