Lautoka High Court Judge, Justice Aruna Aluthge has further remanded Australian national Yvette Dianne Nikolic.

Nikolic has been charged with one count of unlawful importation of illicit drugs, one count of unlawful possession of illicit drugs and one count of failure to declare arms and ammunition to a customs officer.

It is alleged that Nikolic with another person imported 12.9 kilograms of cocaine and 34.4 grams of methamphetamine and cocaine tablets last month.

It is also alleged that Nikolic with another person failed to declare arms and ammunition to a customs officer whilst arriving into the Denarau Marina in a yacht last month.

The matter has been adjourned till the 17th of this month for mention while the prosecution has been given time to file the information and disclosures by 24th July 2018.
