FA Cup Winners Chelsea are set to announce the departure of 48-year-old Manager Antonio Conte after holding the position for two years.

The club have refused to comment on the status of the 48‑year‑old, who won the Premier League title in his first season.

But Chelsea player Cesc Fabregas has thanked Conte on social media and wished him luck for the future.

Conte has lead the blues to 30 Premier League game wins this season.

Meanwhile, in the 2018 FIFA World Cup final, France will take on Croatia at 3am next Monday.
