Fiji born Scott Wara and Wellington Phoenix star, Roy Krishna will be arriving in Fiji next Monday and will join the Vodafone Fiji soccer team for their two international friendlies against the Solomon Islands and Singapore.
Wara is currently part of the Stoke City team set‑up who are in the second tier of English Football and were in the English Premier League last season.
18‑year‑old Wara will make a long travel from England to join the Fiji soccer team and his arrival will mean Fiji will have two professional players playing for the Fiji soccer team.
This will also be history in making as for the very first time two professional soccer players will be playing for Fiji.
Fiji will host the Solomon Islands at 7pm next Wednesday at the ANZ Stadium and then travel to play Singapore on the 11th of next month.
