There is growing outrage from motorists that travel daily along Suva and Nausori about people removing concrete slabs at the Valelevu roundabout and placing them on the road.
Motorists are concerned that it may damage vehicles and even cause a major accident at the roundabout.
We have raised the issue with the Fiji Roads Authority and they are working with the Nasinu Town Council to address the issue.
The Fiji Roads Authority says actions from some individuals are compromising public safety and must stop immediately.
It will also liaise with Nasinu Town Council regarding their planting and landscaping amenity there to ensure things are as secure as possible.
