Staff Sergeant Iowane Naivalurua Tulele who has been charged with 32 counts of obtaining financial advantage by deception has pleaded not guilty to his charges before the General Court Martial.
The alleged incidents happened between the 8th of October 2015 to the 11th of February 2016 at Berkley Crescent.
The amount involved is close to $40,000.
The trial date has been set from the 20th to the 27th of November this year.
The case has been adjourned to the 26th of September.
The accused is represented by Filimoni Vosarogo.
