High court Judge Justice Thushara Rajasinghe will deliver his bail ruling on a 28‑year‑old military officer who is charged with one count of attempted murder tomorrow.

Rajiv Krishan Padyachi had allegedly tried to murder his partner on the 15th of September 2018 this year.

Padyachi is alleged to have attempted to drown his partner while swimming in Colo‑i‑Suva.

Padyachi is remanded in custody.

The case will be called tomorrow morning.
