Firefighters from the Sigatoka Fire Station have quickly responded to a fire at a restaurant.

The Sigatoka Fire Station got a call at 1.15pm this afternoon that a restaurant in Sigatoka town is engulfed in flames. 

Chief Fire Officer, Qionilau Moceitai has confirmed that firefighters from the Sigatoka Fire Station are currently at the scene adding that firefighters from Korolevu and Nadi are also assisting to control the fire.
