Maikali Civoniceva and Mosese Vuetaki who have been charged with one count each of Aggravated Burglary and theft have sought for Legal Aid Assistance.
The two appeared before High Court Judge Justice Thushara Rajasinghe.
It is alleged that the two entered a Mini Mart on the 10th of last month and dishonestly appropriated alcohol and cigarettes valued at $4,047.
The case has been adjourned to the 30th of this month.
