Police have rejected the report being circulated on social media that officers from Raiwaqa Police Station had conducted an illegal search on a 7-year-old child.

Deputy Police Commissioner ACP Rusiate Tudravu says this is misleading information and another attempt to discredit the Police Force.

ACP Tudravu stresses that these are false rumours.
