Police have uprooted plants believed to be marijuana with an estimated street value of over a million dollars in Kadavu over the last two weeks.
This has been confirmed to Fijivillage by Police Commissioner Sitiveni Qiliho who is on his way to Kadavu to meet and thank the eleven Police officers that have been involved in the operation.
Qiliho says several arrests have been made and they will be transporting all the evidence back by tonight.
Police are expected to release more details later.
