Discipline is one area that Fiji Airways Mens National 7s team coach Gareth Baber is constantly working on improving.
According to the HSBC Sevens stats, the Fiji 7s team has received 6 yellow cards after two tournaments and that is the joint highest.
Baber says they need to address it by looking at how it affects the team, when they are a player down.
He adds they need to quickly eradicate this.
The team is currently on a festive break and Baber has reminded the players of the importance of maintaining their fitness during this time.
Fiji is pooled with Australia, Argentina and Wales for the Hamilton 7s which will be held from the 26th to the 27th of next month.
Doesn't happen often, but why not. For a grp of young men to wake up early before sunrise& run miles to find canoes & paddle out to a sandbank in the middle of the ocean to review their footprints of success&learnings over the past 12moons. It's been awesome to serve you lads. pic.twitter.com/6ErXf37IG4
