Suva High Court Judge Justice Riyaz Hamza has ruled that there is a case to answer for a 29-year-old man who is alleged to have raped his 10-year-old nephew.

He is charged with three counts of rape and the alleged incidents occurred from the 1st of January to the 17th of April 2014 in Colo-i-Suva.

The prosecution wrapped up its case earlier today.
