High Court Judge Justice Riyaz Hamza will sentence a man today who has been found guilty of raping his nephew.
Justice Hamza, had earlier convicted the man of all three rape charges against him.
The man raped his 10-year-old nephew in Colo i Suva in 2014.
The prosecution has asked for a sentence of above 20 years.
Defence says the sentence should be lowered because the accused has served time in remand.
