The lawyer for SODELPA representative Jale Baba has requested for one month to prepare and serve a medical report to the court and prosecution informing them of Baba's medical condition.
Filimoni Vosarogo informed the court that Baba was not present in court because he is partly paralysed and under medication.
Baba has been charged by FICAC with a count of making a false statement.
It is alleged that Baba published falsified Voter Lists and other false information related to that list on Facebook between August and October last year.
The matter has been adjourned to the 29th of next month.
