Fiji Airways Men’s National 7s Coach Gareth Baber says he is aware the Glasgow Warriors are interested in signing captain Kalione Nasoko.
When asked by Fijivillage on his thoughts on talks of players such as Kalione Nasoko leaving the team to pursue 15s rugby later this year, Baber says his job now is to find replacements for the likes Nasoko and Mesulame Kunavula.
He also slammed a news article published by RugbyPass last week saying that the Fiji 7s Team is in chaos.
Meanwhile, Asaeli Tuivoka is expected to arrive in Las Vegas and join the team later today.
The team will have a scrimmage session with France this afternoon.
Fiji will face Scotland in their first match of the Las Vegas 7s at 11.22am this Saturday, they will face Wales at 2.23pm Saturday and Fiji will then face Australia at 7.52am Sunday.
The Cup quarterfinals will start at 1.46pm Sunday, semifinals will start at 9.12am Monday and the Cup final will kick off at 12.30pm Monday.
