FICAC has discontinued its proceedings against Opposition Leader Sitiveni Rabuka in the Suva Magistrates Court today.

FICAC Senior Counsel, Rashmi Aslam informed Magistrate Jioji Boseiwaqa that they would like to discontinue the charge against Rabuka.

Rabuka was charged with breaching his bail condition by approaching a witness connected to his previous case of making a false statement about his assets and liabilities to the Supervisor of Elections.

He was acquitted of that charge as well.
