The suspect in the case of an alleged murder of a 34‑year‑old security guard of Waidradra, Navua earlier this month has been charged.
He will be produced at the Navua Magistrates Court today.
The man had earlier this month surrendered himself to police after he allegedly fled into the interior of Navua once investigators had established solid leads into his alleged involvement.
The victim was discovered by an employee of EFL and a contractor who went to the Deuba Power Station to test the fire alarm system where they discovered the security officer onsite was unconscious at around 2pm on the 4th of this month.
