Fiji Airways Men’s National 7's Coach Gareth Baber has highlighted that the narrow pitch in Las Vegas has implications on how games unfold for them.
Baber says they have good physicality and if there is a narrow pitch then a more power based game is played.
He says based on what the tournament was like last year and the year before, it would not affect Fiji’s style of play on a wider pitch.
Baber will be naming his 12 players later this afternoon.
Fiji will face Scotland in their first match of the Las Vegas 7s at 11.22am tomorrow, they will face Wales at 2.23pm tomorrow and Fiji will then face Australia at 7.52am Sunday.
The Cup quarterfinals will start at 1.46pm Sunday, semifinals will start at 9.12am Monday and the Cup final will kick off at 12.30pm Monday.
