Fiji 7s team holds first scrimmage session with Hong Kong 7s team in preparation for Hong Kong 7s

Fiji Airways Men’s National 7's team had a scrimmage session with the Hong Kong 7's team in preparation for Hong Kong 7s.

With new faces in the team, the pressure is also on the coach as he has to come to terms with the players he has chosen to fill in positions in the Fiji team to deliver as defending champions.

The Scrimmage session has also provided an opportunity for Coach, Gareth Baber to see how the players work together against their opponents.

If the Fiji team wins next weekends Hong Kong 7s they will be creating history as this will be the 5th year they are defending the title at So Kon Po.

Fiji will take on Kenya at 11.37pm on Friday in their first pool match of the Hong Kong 7s, they will then take on Australia at 5.13pm on Saturday and play their final pool match against New Zealand at 8.55pm Saturday.

The Cup quarterfinals will kick start at 2.58pm next Sunday, cup semifinal final at 7.41pm and cup final will be played at 11pm next Sunday.
